Fit, Gorgeous Brides came about when I was planning my own wedding and needed quick effective workouts and meals that fit into my day between work and wedding planning. All brides are gorgeous, sometimes though we just want to feel more energised and fitter for our big day.

I am an award winning personal trainer for brides to be who want a quick effective workout and help with their nutrition.  Through my blog posts, Facebook and Bridal Slim Down 3 Month Plan Ebook I’m here to show you how to tone up and eat healthy while knowing how restricted for time you can be when planning a wedding.
